What is the weather like throughout the year?
In winter, expect deep powder snow, ideal for skiing and snowboarding. Spring and summer bring lush greenery, mild temperatures and perfect conditions for hiking, lake activities, and exploring. Autumn is a real hidden gem here, with stunning foliage and fewer crowds, offering a truly tranquil escape.
Is it suitable for children and families?
Absolutely! Myoko is a fantastic destination for families. From beginner friendly ski slopes and snow play areas in winter to boating, nature trails and cultural experiences in the warmer months, there’s plenty to keep everyone happy, kids and adults alike.
What activities are available besides skiing?
So many! In winter, there’s snowshoeing, sledding and onsen hopping. During the warmer months, guests enjoy hiking, fishing, golf, tennis, lake cruises and local festivals. Myoko is full of surprises no matter the season.

How many guests can the lodge accommodate?
The lodge has 6 spacious, well appointed rooms, making it ideal for groups and families. Depending on your setup, we can comfortably
host up to 14 people. Whether you’re travelling as a family or a group
of friends, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax.
What amenities are available at the lodge?
You’ll have access to everything you need for a relaxing stay. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, private bathrooms in each room, a cozy fireplace lounge, TV/reading room, spa baths and of course, our complimentary 8 seater car so you can explore Myoko with ease.
Do we need to bring our own bedding or towels?
No need, we’ve got you covered. All linens and towels are provided, and we make sure everything’s fresh and ready before your arrival so you can focus on enjoying your stay.
Is there Wi-Fi at the lodge?
Yes, we offer free Wi-Fi throughout the lodge. Whether you’re checking snow reports, catching up on emails, or streaming a movie by the fire, you’ll stay connected during your visit.

What is the minimum stay requirement?
Our minimum stay is generally three nights, but this can vary slightly depending on the season and availability. Longer stays are welcome, and many guests find they wish they’d booked more time once they arrive!
Is a deposit required when booking?
Yes, we ask for a deposit to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due before your arrival. All payment details will be clearly outlined during the booking process so there are no surprises.
Can we make special requests when booking?
Definitely. If there’s anything we can do to make your stay more comfortable, such as early check-in, room setup, grocery basics ready on arrival, just let us know when you book. We’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
